I need a little advice on what I should eat before a weekend early AM run. Today I ate oats with PB about 45min before my run and I ended up having to cut my run early due to stomach pains. The same thing happened when I ate PB with WASA crackers pre-run last week. I love eating PB, but I am starting to think that the fat content is killing my run and my stomach. I am wondering what a better, filling pre-run snack would be. I do not eat red meats, so it limits me to grains and eggs and fruits/veggies. Hmmm I am going to spend my time researching this…
